Flores spoke with 247sports about the Dawgs – “That was my most recent visit and I liked it there a lot. I like the South and fit in well there. A lot of people have said, ‘you’re a west coast guy, why do you want to go live in the South,’ but I like it there and like how it’s different. I feel everyone out there is gritty and about putting in that work, they’re not as cocky as they are out here. Plus I have an auntie who lives in Louisiana and I like the coaching staff a lot. I like Kirby Smart a lot too and obviously that’s a winning program and they just won a National Championship.”
