“With (head) coach (Kirby) Smart, he has Todd Monken as his offensive coordinator,” Davis told On3. “A guy that’s been with the Browns, been with the Bucs, a couple other teams. Coach Smart shows that he pays coach Monken so he can run the offense. Coach Smart has definitely taken a different approach where he wants to score points now. I think you start to see that with the recruiting now. He’s going to handle the defense, Coach Monken’s going to handle the offense.”
“It’s going to be a fun experience if I get to go there and lead the Bulldogs to a national championship,” Davis said. “Sanford Stadium, there’s nothing like it, in my opinion. A night game, a day game, it’s always going to be sold out.”
