UGA Recruiting: Four Star Defensive Lineman From California High on Georgia

“My unofficial to Georgia was a great experience,” Johnson said to 247sports. “I was able to watch practice and see how the back-to-back national champions do it and now I see why. They have fast tempo practices, everyone is always on the go. It’s a grind. If I could describe the visit in one word and what I got from it I would say, it’s a grind.”

“I was able to meet pretty much the whole defensive staff, coach (Glenn) Schumann, coach (Chidera) Uzo-Diribe, coach (Trey) Scott, coach (David) Hill and coach (Kirby) Smart,” said Johnson. “They have a great staff. All the guys are good peoples. I enjoyed their company. They are all very passionate and exciting. They seem always juiced.”
