“He can be an every down back,” Pebblebrook offensive coordinator Maurice Allen said. “He has shown us that when those were our questions as a freshman. We knew he was fast. Knew he had played receiver. Played some DB and quarterback even. But he’s really solidified himself as a running back. He has said he wants to be a running back. He’s shown he can run between the tackles. Can run through contact. Make people miss in the hole. If that’s what he wants to be, I think that’s what he can be. Now he can line out wide and create mismatches. He catches the ball well, but I think he can be an every-down back.”
