UGA Recruiting: Georgia Going All In to Flip This Top Five Star Target

“He (Dell McGee) texts every day,” Davis told Dawgs247. “He will check in and make sure I am doing okay and he keeps up on my grades to make sure I am up to date. He is just trying to show me that he wants me there and Georgia is a great place to be ready for the next level. He always tells me that they are thinking about my future and not just what I bring to the table now.”

“It plays a big role,” Davis said. “He hits me up every day and gives me spiritual messages and something inspirational. With a coach doing that, it really attracts me to that school and to keep the relationship going with him.”

“Coach Smart talks to my mom a lot,” Davis said. “To be honest, she loves Coach Smart so she does not let me in on it too much. She keeps me away from her relationship with coaches to make sure that she gets her own side and opinions on stuff. It means a lot that they are on her so much because family means everything to me. For me to know that a university speaks to my family also it gives me a lot of trust with them. To know that they would take care of my family is a good thing.”
