“I’m coming into it open-minded. I’m really trying to get more into offensive schemes with them,” Matthews told Dawgs247. “They’ve got a new offensive coordinator. I want to see if anything’s new with the offense they’re running.”
“I want to see how I’ll fit into the offense. I’ll need to see if it’s the best place to see how I’ll get touches and get on the field,” Matthews said. “I already know the coaching staff is cool. They’ve been recruiting me since my sophomore year. It’s a great place at Georgia. What they’re building: They already won two national championships. What they’re doing is definitely working. That’s why I’m looking into how coach Bobo wants to run the offense.”
